Sustainable development of professional skills
Professional requirements are subject to constant and increasingly rapid change. The same applies to employees of DZ HYP. We are supporting our employees as they use this change to further their own development. It is therefore our aim to sustainably cultivate their professional skills, and allow them to make best use of them. Ensuring that every individual is qualified to meet the requirements of their job is one of the essential factors in our long-term success. We also consciously provide an environment that encourages dedication as well as sustainable engagement, and offers first-class individual training opportunities, such as in-house seminars, the DZ HYP Immobilienakademie (Real Estate Academy), part-time studies or our development programme for junior employees. This is another decisive key to success.
Cooperation with training partners
During our long-standing cooperation with renowned partners such as Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften ADG (Academy of German Cooperatives) in Montabaur or Rheinisch-Westfälische Genossenschaftsakademie RWGA (Rhineland-Westphalian Cooperative Academy), many of our junior employees, specialists and executives have completed different qualification and continuing professional development options.
DZ YP Real Estate Academy
In cooperation with the renowned IRE|BS Immobilienakademie (IRE|BS Real Estate Academy) DZ HYP offers its employees an exclusive one-year further training programme focused on real estate: the DZ HYP Real Estate Academy.
The DZ HYP Real Estate Academy is geared to meet the professional requirements of the real estate business. It seeks to gain a better understanding of our markets and the interrelationships within the real estate business. Here, knowledge is taught by renowned lecturers of the IRE|BS, all of whom are top experts in the field.
In this manner, participants obtain the best possible professional qualifications – which go far beyond financing subjects and constitute a valuable view “beyond the horizon”.
For the duration of the training, the participants will work in groups on a practice-oriented case study, which subsequently will be presented to a commission of representatives of IRE|BS and DZ HYP, including members of the Management Board.
