Commercial Real Estate Finance trainee programme
Our 18-month trainee programme concentrates on the front office (sales) and back office (credit risk management), and consists of a six-month introduction phase and a twelve-month specialisation phase. The introduction phase generally takes place in Hamburg or Munster (Westphalia). Here you will learn about DZ HYP's culture, processes and structures. During the specialisation phase that follows, you will deploy your skills at your so-called 'home base' at our offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Munich or Stuttgart, which will be determined before you start the programme. You will be working increasingly independently, taking on your initial responsibilities. Our aim is to provide you with the best possible preparation for permanent employment as a client advisor or credit analyst.
Besides the intensive on-the-job introduction, our trainees will exclusively participate in the DZ HYP Real Estate Academy. In cooperation with the International Real Estate Business School IRE|BS Real Estate Academy at the University of Regensburg, one of the most prestigious advanced training institutions in this sector, they will complete a highly-qualified basic training programme in the real estate business. There you will explore a carefully designed curriculum that extends far beyond lending. You gain the advantage of a broader perspective and an important addition to strengthening your professional profile. Additional information is available on the Internet: www.irebs-immobilienakademie.de.
Apply now to start your trainee programme on 01 October 2020. You can find the online application here.
