We value the diversity of our employees and therefore decided to sign the German Charter of Diversity (Charta der Vielfalt) in 2012. We are bound by these principles – also when talking salaries. Our employees receive regular training on the German General Equal Treatment Act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz).
The Act on Equal Participation of Women and Men in Executive Positions in the Private and the Public Sector (Gesetz für die gleichberechtigte Teilhabe von Frauen und Männern an Führungspositionen in der Privatwirtschaft und im öffentlichen Dienst) came into effect on 1 May 2015, Therefore, we have determined a gender quota for the Supervisory Board, the Management Board, as well as for tier one and tier two management levels below the Management Board.
