Social Responsibility is an integral part of our corporate culture

Satisfied and motivated employees are crucial to long-term success. We work with care and professionalism to incorporate the concerns of employees into our business decisions and offer them an optimum working environment. Our Human Resources policy aims to fulfil our employees' needs while meeting economic requirements. It is especially committed to enabling employees to enjoy both their career and their family life: furthermore, believe in performance-based compensation and provide comprehensive occupational health management. Recognising our employees' capabilities early on is important to us, so we can help them hone their skills and develop new ones. The demographic change represents a challenge for our future personal development. We therefore adopted a demographic concept in 2019 with the objective to ensure DZ HYP’s performance in a changed environment. As the working population ages and fewer children are born, we have to retain experienced staff longer than in the past. At the same time, we want to be an attractive employer and create an advantage for the Bank by recruiting top talent.
