As thinking and acting sustainably grows in importance, it will have a determining influence on DZ HYP’s future. With social and political initiatives, the focus of attention in sustainability is changing constantly. We are looking forward to actively participating and jointly working on continuing the Bank’s stable development and forward-looking approach.
Motivated and skilled employees are the groundwork for our long-term entrepreneurial success. In recognition of our family-oriented human resources policy, DZ HYP has held the “audit berufundfamilie®” certificate awarded by the non-profit Hertie Foundation for some years now.
Key elements of this human resources policy include personnel development, talent recruitment and talent training, and moves to promote career advancement amongst women. Another key topic is the demographic change. Our demographic concept, adopted in 2019, supports us in ensuring the Bank’s ability to perform, even if framework conditions change. Within the scope of this concept, the Management Board has set targets for the proportion of women in executive positions.
